About the photographs
Photos are optional. They help us understand the pool area, fixing surfaces and ground levels before we visit, which makes the on-site measure quicker and the quote more accurate.
Please avoid including other people, vehicle number plates, house numbers or anything else identifying that you would rather not send. We only need the fence line and the surfaces around it.
Photos do not replace an on-site measure. Final pricing and any compliance advice are given after we inspect the site in person.
Who handles it
Quote requests and uploaded photographs are processed by BluePeek, the provider that hosts this website and handles its enquiry forms. Photographs are uploaded directly to BluePeek's storage using a one-time signed link, and the enquiry is delivered to us by email. Nobody outside our business and BluePeek is given access.
How we use it
Only to prepare your quote, arrange the on-site measure and contact you about the work. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries and project photographs for as long as we need them to quote and complete the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record-keeping. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry and photographs.
